Fall fun
on a beautiful spring-like day!
What a fun day today! Several more pics on my sidebar, and also look at Thanksgiving pics (sample at bottom!)
Chris just wanted to get in the car! He finally got his way and dad got everyone Burger King!
Me looking goofy and disheveled – oh well, I probably usually look like this! I did have a migraine this morning so I probably look more tired.
Rog worked hard most of the day getting the leaves in one big pile for the kids’ to jump in 🙂
Ryan had a lot of fun with the leaves! It was a beautiful day here in Ohio – like in the 60’s or so! We got lights up in the front of the house and did lots of yardwork.
Colleen had a great time too even though she’s camera shy! But I did sneak this video in – on youtube. She helped her dad and enjoyed friends today as well.
Pretty Thanksgiving centerpiece at our dinner at Gayle’s. More pictures in the Flickr sidebar! It was our first dinner there since Colleen’s birthday party in May. I was glad everyone had a good time! We also had a birthday cake for Chris’s 16th birthday which was Tuesday the 20th.

He’s back at school! Thank God. He’s gotten on the bus 2 days straight now. Still some behavior problems – but we’re working on it.

Next step – I must start building my resource pages for deafness and autism. May have to take a hiatus from posting pics (though it’s so much fun!). I’ll post Halloween pics next but then have to be disciplined… want to release this finished as a resource site by Christmas!
If anyone is actually reading and knows of any resource sites to tell me of, please let me know.

Labor Day
A beautiful day! I will try and add to this entry more but wanted to show you our pictures – a new picture site called flickr and a new way of showing our pics in the blog. You can click on the pic of Nancy and Ryan to go to the original Flicker picture page. There is also a little row of pictures that shows on the blog after a few seconds for it to load – that shows little thumbnails of all the pictures I downloaded onto it.
I have no idea how to [yet] only show a few pictures on the sidebar, but hey, little by little I’ll learn it, right? I’ll probably be posting pictures here often so check back. But what a wonderful day outside for Labor Day!

I spent this morning taking some pictures of the house here as some moms on this moms group I’m on wanted to see it. They’re actually doing a video but I don’t know if I’ll have time to do that before we move. So I took a bunch of new pictures here

I get aggravated because I named all the pictures about you can’t see the names and descriptions when you run the slideshow. What good is that? And I don’t know how to change the order either. Oh well…. sigh. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?
Yuck – cold. Drip. Sneeze. That’s all I’ll say about that.
Ryan is off now, and I had some lunch – leftover pork and potatoes and sauerkraut. I am going to go off and do the pantry. I must do that today. I did pack up the linen closet yesterday and did the dishes. Yeah me!
I just have to go to bank and then go grocery shopping. I was supposed to go with him to the bank after speech but I just realized I forgot to. I also have to pick up Chris’s pills. So I’ll have a busy time with Doreen! I think we’ll just go to Aldi’s.
Day four now of underwriting AGAIN – I have never waited this long before at one time. Last time it went through underwriting in 2 hours. The time before, 3 days. I may have to call them soon. There is absolutely nothing new on the web site of our account since Oct. 6.
I have to run now — i’ll probably be on a posting break for quite a while. I have too much to do and have been on the computer too much.
