Our buddy Patch was supposed to be a boy, obtained November 24. November 27 he/she! gave birth to 7 babies. Tuesday November 30 one had died, but we had high hopes for a happy ending. Last night we found the other 6 babies and mom all had gone to hamster heaven.
Sigh. This is so sad. We hope to get a new MALE hamster soon. This was our first pet.
